1.1 How can I order?
Ordering at BEARLifestyle.nl is easy in a few steps:
- Select the desired product
- Then click on the order button 'quick add' or on the button 'add to cart'. You can continue shopping or go to your shopping cart to complete your order
- Check the contents of your shopping cart, add an order note if necessary and click on the 'checkout' button
- Fill in all information, such as your name, address and telephone number. You can also enter your discount code here under the heading 'discount code'. Then click the 'Continue Sending' button
- Check the shipping method and click on the button 'proceed to payment'
- Select the desired payment method , such as Klarna, Paypal or iDEAL
- Select your billing address and click on the 'check order' button
- Check all your details again, agree to our terms and conditions and complete your order by paying
Congratulations! Your Bear order has been placed and we will arrange it for you as soon as possible. More information about our delivery can be found here .
1.2 When will I receive my order?
Ordered before 14:00, shipped the same working day. Do you order on the weekend? Then we will ship your package on Monday. More information about our delivery can be found here .

1.3 Can I change / cancel my placed order?
Have you placed an order that you want to change or cancel? This is possible if the package is not yet in the shipping process. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
1.4 What is the status of my order?
As soon as we prepare your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a track & trace code. This allows you to track your order. Have you not yet received an e-mail with a track & trace code? Then your order has not yet been shipped.
1.5 Can I pick up my online order in one of the stores?
1.6 The item I want to order is not in stock. What now?
The BEARLifestyle.nl website is directly linked to our branch / head office in Nijmegen. Because we have limited space here, certain items are available in small quantities. If a product is not in stock, you can leave your e-mail address with the relevant product. You will be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
Can't wait that long? Please contact us and we will immediately check the availability of the relevant article at Bear itself. We work closely with Bear and can have any item back in stock within three working days, if ordered.
1.7 I cannot place my order. What should I do?
How annoying! Please contact our customer service for this. We are happy to watch with you.
1.8 Do you also have a store where I can view / try on products?
Certainly! We have three stores in Nijmegen, Apeldoorn and Utrecht where you can view and try on all our products. Our employees are ready for you.
Payment
2.1 What payment methods are there?
BEARLifestyle.nl accepts the following payment methods:
- Pay afterwards with Klarna
- iDEAL
- Mastercard, Maestro and Visa
- Paypal
- Sofort Banking
- Pay by bank transfer*
- BEARLifestyle.nl gift card
*Do you want to transfer an amount to us? Please contact us first! This way we know which amount belongs to which order and that your order has been paid. You do not have to transfer money to us if you have chosen ''Klarna Pay Later''. You will receive an email with payment instructions.
2.2 Can I pay afterwards?
Would you like to try on your new product(s) at home first and then pay? Then choose the payment method ' Klarna Pay Later'. When the purchase is approved by Klarna, you can complete the order without credit card numbers or complex information. The payment period of 30 days starts as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This means that you can take the time to try your purchase and possibly return it . So you only pay for what you keep. Want to know more about Klarna? Then click here.

2.3 I am unable to pay with Klarna. What can I do?
Can't complete your payment with Klarna? Then check the entered data. If you make a typing error in, for example, your name, address, house number, zip code or place of residence, the payment may not be accepted. In addition, Klarna carries out an approval process when you want to complete an order with Klarna. If Klarna rejects your purchase, it is not possible to pay with Klarna.
Please note we cannot provide details if you are not eligible to pay with Klarna. If you have further questions or need help regarding your payment with Klarna, please contact Klarna customer service .
2.4 Can I pay with Fashioncheques / VVV vouchers?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay with Fashioncheques / VVV vouchers. We only accept our own gift card .
2.5 I have a BEARLifestyle.nl gift voucher / discount code. How do I redeem my gift card / discount code?
Do you have a BEARLifestyle.nl gift voucher / discount code? You can redeem this during the ordering process.

Shipping & delivery
3.1 When will I receive my order?

The Netherlands: our shipping costs are free from €49.99. We charge €3.50 shipping costs for orders under this amount.
Belgium: our shipping costs are free from €49.99. For orders below this amount we charge € 4.99 shipping costs.
Germany: our shipping costs are free from €49.99. For orders below this amount we charge € 4.99 shipping costs.
Austria: our shipping costs are free from €75. For orders below this amount we charge € 5.99 shipping costs.
Europe other: our shipping costs are free from €150. For orders below this amount we charge €9.95 shipping costs for the whole of Europe (excluding Switzerland).
Switzerland and outside Europe : our shipping costs are free from €100. We charge €17.50 shipping costs for orders under this amount.
3.4 Do you ship abroad?

3.5 Do I have to stay at home for my order?
Do you opt for a home delivery? Then someone must be at home to receive the package. Via the track & trace code you can see exactly when you can expect your package.
Is the moment that PostNL comes by just inconvenient? Then change your delivery appointment via de track and trace link.
3.6 Can I pick up my package at a PostNL service point?
That is certainly possible. When ordering you can choose to have your order delivered to one of the PostNL servicepoints. You can choose which servicepoint after you have payed.
Keep a close eye on the track & trace information to stay informed about the status of your shipment, including the expected time of delivery and the opening hours of your chosen PostNL collection point.
3.7 Can I pick up my online order in one of the stores?
That is certainly possible, fun! When ordering, choose the option 'pick up in Nijmegen, Apeldoorn or Utrecht'. You will receive a message from us as soon as the order is ready for you.

3.8 Does PostNL deliver in the evening?
PostNL delivers between 8:00 and 21:30.
3.9 I have not received my package. What should I do now?
Have you not received your package, even though this is the case according to the track & trace code? That's annoying! We have a number of tips for you that you can follow.
1. Check the track & trace code
You will find the track & trace code in your shipping confirmation. Check whether something has changed in the delivery time slot or whether the delivery has been delayed, for example.
Please note: sometimes the track & trace code indicates that a package has been delivered, while the package will not actually be delivered until later in the day.
2. Check the delivery address
Are the address details you entered correct? It sometimes happens that an incorrect address has been entered.
3. Check your mail
Did you receive a 'not at home' message? This not at home message indicates where your package was delivered. This can be at the neighbours, at a PostNL collection point or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

3.10 My product has arrived damaged, broken or incomplete. What should I do?

Send us an email with your order number + a photo of the problem, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.

3.11 I have received the wrong product. What should I do?
That's annoying. Our apologies! We are happy to solve this with you. Send us an email with your order number + a photo of the problem, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
Return & exchange
4.1 I want to return my online order. How do I do that?
Article not to your liking? At BEARLifestyle.nl, returns are no problem! You can return your order, partly at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days if it meets our return conditions . Register your return via the button below from €3.99 or return your return free of charge in one of our stores .
4.2 I want to return my store purchase. How do I do that?
At BEARLifestyle.nl you can return your store purchase within 14 days in one of our stores. Make sure you bring the purchase receipt and that the product meets our return conditions . You can exchange your purchase or get the purchase amount back.
Please note: items from our outlet / sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a BEARLifestyle.nl gift voucher.
4.3 Can I return my order free of charge?
Which can! But only when you return your order in one of our stores. And that is a conscious choice.
Returning products by post is not free. This is a well-thought-out decision, so that our customers buy more consciously. This way we prevent unnecessary shipping traffic, which is sustainable! Sending return packages is partly for your own account, we pay half. This is already included in the return costs. You can return to us from €3.99. Register your return here .

4.6 I want to exchange my order. How do I do that?
Would you like to receive a different color or another item? No problem! We recommend that you return your purchase via our returns portal . When your return meets the return conditions , we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order for the item you want to receive.
Bought a product in one of our BEARLifestyle.nl stores? You can exchange your product in the relevant BEARLifestyle.nl store. Our BEARLifestyle.nl colleagues are happy to help you!
4.7 I have received a damaged, broken, incomplete or incorrect product. How do I return my product?

Your return will be processed between 1 and 7 working days after arrival. It takes about 1 to 3 working days before the money is back in your account or your invoice is cancelled.

We purchase our products from Bear (formerly Bear Design). Bear is responsible for the design and production of the products. The products are designed in Druten, the Netherlands and then produced in India. Bear is in close contact with the factories in India. BEARLifestyle.nl cannot provide customization or changes in bags.
5.4 What material are Bear products made of?
All Bear products are made of genuine cowhide or buffalo leather. Bear uses its own leathers , such as Dark Nature & Cow- Lavato . All the leather used comes from the meat industry. New Rebels
New Rebels offers a one-year warranty on their bags and accessories, provided they are used and maintained properly. It is important to note that the warranty does not apply to product wear and tear, broken linings and broken zippers. It is also important to note that New Rebels and BEARLifestyle.nl are not liable for damage to personal property, such as clothing that may become discolored due to handing over the bag. 6.3 How does the repair process work?
Is your bag or wallet broken? Provided you bought the product from us and you fall within the warranty period, we are happy to help you. For this it is best to send us an email with a description of the defect and a photo. After we have a short consultation with Bear about this, we will get back to you and you can often send the bag to Bear for repair free of charge. The repair takes about 10 working days.
