Returns
Item not to your liking? At BEARLifestyle.nl returns are no problem!
You can return your order, partly at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days , provided that it meets our return conditions. Register your return via the button from €3.99 or bring your return free of charge to one of our stores.
How does returning work?
- Register your return via the button.
- Indicate which products you want to return and choose your preferred refund method: money back or exchange. Did you choose exchange? Then after sending the return package you will receive a coupon by email that you can spend online to order the product you want.
- Check your contact details.
- Select your preferred return method and choose the payment method. You can also insure your return shipment to cover your items against loss, damage or theft.
- Et voila, your return is ready to be sent. Don't forget to add the packing slip or return form to the shipment. Once we have received the return, it will be processed within 7 business days. We will keep you informed by email.
Return conditions for online orders:
When we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it back. Of course you can pick up the item in our store in Nijmegen or we will send the item back to you and charge shipping costs again.
- Sending return packages is partly at your own expense, we also pay a part. This is already included in the return costs. You can return to us from €3.99.
- The return period for our products is 14 days. Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be taken back. If you do return the order outside the return period, you will receive a store credit instead of your money back.
- For returns of more than two products, we charge a small fee of €0.99 per additional product. We believe in conscious purchasing and encourage you to think carefully about your purchase, so that together we contribute to a more sustainable and efficient shopping experience.
- Shipping is at your own risk. It is possible to purchase insurance with your return label, which insures you against loss or damage to the product. You are responsible for the arrival of the product.
- The item must not be used or damaged. Taking the items out of the packaging and trying them on at home is no problem. Do this with care and prevent damage.
- Unfortunately, it may happen that your order was damaged during shipping to you, has a defect or is incomplete. As a customer, you can of course do nothing about this. In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Items that you have received damaged/defective and are then returned without first reporting this to our customer service, we cannot accept.
- The return must be returned with the original protective bag. The labels must be attached to the item. The packaging is complete with the shoulder straps, wrist straps etc.
- Please return with respect for the product: pack your item well.
- If our returns portal has not been used, we cannot (subsequently) reimburse or offset any costs incurred.
- Returns via our return portal are not mandatory, but cheaper. You can also send via your own method.
- Our returns portal can only be used for returns from the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Austria.
- Returns will be refunded via the same method of payment, unless an exchange was chosen.
- Your return will be processed within 1 to 7 business days after arrival at our store.

Return conditions for store purchases:
We can only accept returns of products that meet the return conditions below. If this is not the case, we cannot accept the return.
- The return period for our products is 14 days. The return period starts from the date of purchase. Purchases that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be taken back.
- Returns are only possible with the purchase receipt.
- The item must not be used or damaged. Taking the items out of the packaging and trying them on at home is no problem. Do this with care and prevent damage.

- Items from our outlet / sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a BEARLifestyle.nl gift card.
- The refund will be made in the same manner as you paid for the item.
- If you paid with a debit card, the money will be in your account within 1 to 5 working days.
Exchange
Would you like to receive a different color or item? No problem! You can register your return via our return portal and choose a coupon for exchange instead of money back for the question 'How do you want to receive your refund?'. As soon as you have sent the return package, you will receive a coupon by email worth the purchase amount with which you can place a new order for the product of your choice.
