Article not to your liking? At BEARLifestyle.nl, returns are no problem!

You can return your order, partly at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days if it meets our return conditions. Register your return via the button below from €3.99 or return your return free of charge in one of our stores .

Return conditions online orders:

When we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept this return. Of course you can pick up the item again in our store in Nijmegen or we will return the item to you and charge shipping costs again.

• Sending return packages is partly for your own account, we pay half. This is already included in the return costs. You can return to us from €3.99.
• The return period for our products is 14 days. Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days can not be accepted. If you return the order outside the return period, you will receive a store credit instead of your money back.
• Sending is at your own risk. It is possible to purchase shipping insurance with your return label, which insures you against loss or damage to the product. You are responsible for the arrival of the product.
• The item must not be used or damaged. Taking the items out of the packaging and trying them on at home is no problem. Do this with care and avoid damage.
• It is unfortunately possible that your order has been damaged during shipment to you, has a defect or is incomplete. As a customer you can of course do nothing about this. In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. We cannot accept items that you have received damaged/defective and that are then returned without prior notification to our customer service.
• The return must be returned with the original protective bag. The labels must be attached to the item. The packaging is complete with the shoulder straps, wristbands, etc.
• Return with respect for the product: pack your item well.
• If no use has been made of our return portal, we cannot reimburse or settle any costs incurred (afterwards).
• Returning via our return portal is not mandatory, but it is cheaper. You can also send via your own method.
• Our returns portal can only be used for returns from the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.
• Returns will be refunded via the same method of payment.

We can only take back products that meet the return conditions below. If this is not the case, we cannot accept the return.

Would you like to receive a different color or another item? No problem! Then we recommend that you return your purchase via our returns portal . When your return meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order for the item you want to receive.
