Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same business day. Ordering on the weekend? Then we will ship your package on Monday.

Netherlands (PostNL)
Delivery time
Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered within 1-2 business days. You can find the latest information about your package via track & trace and in the PostNL app. More information can be found here.
Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are free from €49.99. For orders under this amount, we charge €3.50 for delivery to a PostNL pickup point, €3.99 for home delivery, and €3.50 for a letterbox package.
🌱 Pickup point delivery - the green and affordable choice
You can have your order delivered to a PostNL service point. We even encourage it! This is a more sustainable choice, and you pay less for your shipping. Please note: this option is not available for letterbox packages. Choose 'PostNL pickup point delivery' during the 'Shipping' step of the order process, and after payment, select the service point where you want to pick up your package.
Please note: Delivery is only possible to a PostNL parcel point. You cannot enter a DHL, DPD, or other parcel point as a delivery address yourself. These packages will be refused and returned to us. For re-shipment, you will be charged new shipping costs. For credit, the original shipping costs will be withheld. Therefore, always double-check your delivery address.
Belgium (PostNL)

We charge €20 shipping costs for all orders to Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For these countries, a minimum order value of €49.99 applies.

United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Russia (PostNL)

We charge €30 shipping costs for all orders to these countries. For these countries, a minimum order value of €74.99 applies.

Other
Adjust shipping or delivery date
Is a different shipping or delivery date more convenient? No problem! Please enter the desired shipping date under 'remarks' during the order process or change the delivery date afterwards via the PostNL or Hermes track and trace page.
Change shipping address
Have you provided the wrong shipping address and your package has not yet been handed over to PostNL? Please contact us immediately and provide us with the correct address. If your package is already on its way? Then we unfortunately cannot change the address. With PostNL or Hermes, you can still choose to have the shipment delivered to a service point.
Please note: you are ultimately responsible for entering a correct shipping address.
Not home?
Missed the delivery? It can happen! You will receive an email and/or a message from PostNL or Hermes indicating where your package is. Often, a package is delivered to a neighbor or a nearby service point.
