Ordered before 14:00, shipped the same working day. Do you order on the weekend? Then we will ship your package on Monday.

Our shipping costs are free from €49.99. For orders below this amount we charge €3.50 shipping costs for the Netherlands.

Service point delivery
It is possible to deliver your order to a PostNL service point. Select ''Service point delivery'' under the header ''Shipping'' in the ordering process and choose where you want to pick up your package and choose after payment where you want to pick up your package.

Belgium (PostNL)

Germany (Hermes)

Our shipping costs are free from €150. For orders below this amount we charge €9.95 shipping costs for the whole of Europe (excluding Switzerland).

Switzerland & outside Europe (PostNL)

Delivery time
Ordered before 14:00, shipped the same working day. Is your package going to Switzerland? Then you will receive your order within 3-4 working days. Our shipping costs are free from €100. For orders below this amount we charge €17.50 shipping costs for Switzerland & outside Europe.

Adjust shipping or delivery date
Is a different shipping or delivery date more convenient? No problem! Then enter the desired shipping date under the heading 'comments' in the ordering process or change the delivery date afterwards via the PostNL or Hermes tracking.

Change shipping address
Have you provided the wrong shipping address and has your package not yet been delivered to Hermes or PostNL? Please contact us directly and provide us with the correct address. Is your package already on its way? Then unfortunately we can no longer change the address. At Hemes or PostNL you can choose to have the shipment delivered to a service point.
Please note: you are ultimately responsible for entering a correct shipping address.

Not at home?
Missed delivery person? Can happen! You will receive an e-mail and/or a message from Hermes or PostNL where your package is. Often a package is delivered to the neighbors or to a service point in the area.
